2 private schools in Guangdong, China require 2 English teachers.

* Both schools are established private schools with dedicated staff to look after foreign teachers. All classrooms are equipped with computer with internet and projector.

* Students’ age varies from 7-16.

* Each class has approximately 30 students or less.

* 20 teaching hours per week. Optional extra paid work at weekends available.

* Y6,000-8,000 per month (approx. £600-£800). Free fully furnished private accommodation on/near campus.

* 12 months contract to begin with, can be extended.

* Start September 2016 or ASAP if applicants prefer.

* Travel allowance and free language exchange classes.

* Caring service from before departure to settle down. You can always reach our staff by email/phone.

All English teaching jobs are open to degree holders with a high standard of written and spoken English (native speakers preferred). Teaching experience or TEFL certificates  are essential for work visa. We provide assistance in obtaining work visas for China. We will also give you cultural training before you leave!

What Rebecca Harvested from China…

Rebecca Fanning from University of Kent went to China with us in the summer of 2013. This was what she said to us after she returned. Indeed, she then went to Hong Kong as an exchange student for a year during her study in university. Rebecca made many Chinese friends and studied the language while she was out there. She was in love with this culture. When I contacted her recently, she showed me she could type in Chinese!


2 EFL Teachers Needed in Huizhou, Guangdong

Well-established English School in Huizhou, China is recruiting 2 EFL teachers to start in February 2015. Huizhou is located in Guangdong Province, one of the more developed areas in China, with nice environment and convenient life for westerners. It is also very close to Hong Kong–you can go there for a day trip. This is a very nice school, all of our previous teachers renewed their contracts after the first year.

• Contract length: 1 year (can be renewed afterwards)

• Students age: 4-17. 20 students in each class. 18 hours of teaching hrs/week.

• Chinese RMB Y6,000(£600)/month+ bonus. Free fully furnished flats + bills paid (including internet).

• More bonus paid on completion of contract. One domestic tour organized/paid by school.

• Cultural training before departure. Assistance in obtaining work visa for China.

TEFL Teachers in China

A private school in Guangzhou, China  is looking for 2 EFL teachers to start ASAP. The school is located in a peaceful place near a lake, with convenient public transportation to the city centre.
Contract length: September 2014 – July 2015
Remuneration Package:
1. Salary: 8,000 RMB per month
2. Work load: 20 hrs of teaching per work
3. Full board and furnished accommodation on campus
4. Travel allowance: 8000RMB after one year contract
5. Assistance to apply for work permit to enter China.
6. Dedicated staff to provide help for airport pick up to settling down.
7. Optional free Chinese lessons.
1. Applicants should be NATIVE English speakers, have at least a Bachelor degree (required by Chinese government for English teachers’ work permit)
2. Applicants with a TESOL or TEFL certificate.

Henry in China

A few days after his A levels exams, Henry boarded his flight to China on 1st July with great excitement, because he is going to spend his summer of 2014 with a Chinese host family in Huizhou, Guangdong! After a long flight, He arrived his new home safely the next day. It has been a week, here are some short notes from him:

“China is fantastic, thank you, very hot though.”

“Here’s a photo of us at 红花湖 with some of the cousins too. Jingxiang is very quiet and it seems he is not very interested in learning English although he is very kind and we get on well. The whole family have been amazing, helping me to understand what’s going on and taking me to wonderful places.”
